Rose Fizz recipe
Ingredients
- 30 ml gin
- 20 ml lemon juice
- 20 ml sugar syrup
- 1 egg white
- Ice
- Soda water
Method
- Add the gin, lemon juice, sugar syrup and egg white and ice into a cocktail shaker
- Shake vigorously for 15 seconds
- Strain into a coupe glass and top up with soda water

Pink rosebuds.
