Rose Fizz recipe

Ingredients

  • 30 ml gin
  • 20 ml lemon juice
  • 20 ml sugar syrup
  • 1 egg white
  • Ice
  • Soda water

Method

  1. Add the gin, lemon juice, sugar syrup and egg white and ice into a cocktail shaker
  2. Shake vigorously for 15 seconds
  3. Strain into a coupe glass and top up with soda water

Garnish

Pink rosebuds.
