Hibiscus Spritz recipe

A pink prosecco cocktail

Ingredients

  • 40 ml prosecco
  • 30 ml tonic water
  • 10 ml sugar syrup

Method

  1. Add all ingredients into a chilled champagne glass
  2. Add one hibiscus petal and stir for 10 seconds… watch the beautiful ruby red colour appear!

Garnish

Leave the hibiscus petal as a garnish.
