Blood Orange Whisky Sour recipe

A Bourbon-lover’s recipe

Ingredients

  • 45 ml Bourbon
  • 30 ml freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • 30 ml freshly squeezed orange juice
  • 20 ml simple syrup
  • 1 egg white
  • ½ tsp grenadine
  • ice

Method

  1. Add all ingredients into the cocktail shaker, with the ice
  2. Shake vigorously for 10 seconds
  3. Strain into a chilled coupe glass
