Pink Peppercorn Gin & Tonic


  • 30ml Gin
  • Ice
  • 70ml Tonic
  • Sprinkle Of Pink Peppercorn
  • Twist of lemon zest

Method:

Fill a glass with ice. Add 30ml Gin and sprinkle with pink peppercorns. Then add 70ml Tonic water. Twist lemon peel over the glass to release some of the oils and drop it in. Stir and serve.

Grapefruit Infused With Pink Peppercorn Gin & Tonic


  • 30ml Gin
  • Ice
  • 70ml Tonic Water
  • 1/2 oz Pink Peppercorn Simple Syrup. Click here on how to make it.
  • 30ml freshly squeezed grapefruit juice

Method:

Simply fill a glass with ice, add your desired Gin and pour in 70ml tonic water. Then add the simple syrup and grapefruit juice. Stir with a spoon and garnish with a grapefruit wedge & a sprinkle of pink peppercorns.

How To Make Pink Peppercorn Simple Syrup


  • 1 Cup Water
  • 1 Cup Sugar
  • 3 1/2 Teaspoons Pink Peppercorns

Method:

In a saucepan, mix the sugar, water and pink peppercorns together. Bring the ingredients to a boil and then reduce the heat to low and let it simmer for approximately 10 minutes. Remove from heat to allow the peppercorns to soak in the liquid when cooling.  Finally, store the liquid in an airtight container until you're ready to use.

30 Cocktails

Note:

Use within 4 weeks.

 

Hibiscus Fizz


  • 30ml Gin
  • Ice
  • 70ml Tonic
  • 15 ml Lime Juice
  • 15ml Lemon Juice
  • 2 Petals Of Hibiscus Flower

Method:

Simply fill a glass with ice, add your desired Gin and pour in 70ml tonic water. Then add the lime and lemon juice. Finally add 2 petals of hibiscus flower & stir until the rugby red colour develops.

Garnish:

Lemon Or Orange Peel

Cardamom Fizz Gin & Tonic


 

Ingredients:

  • 30ml Gin
  • Ice
  • 70ml Tonic
  • Cardamom Pods
  • Rosemary To Garnish

Method:

Fill glass with ice, add your desired gin and crack 3 cardamom pods into your glass. Then pour in 70ml tonic water. Add a sprig of Rosemary to your glass & stir for 30 seconds to allow the aroma to develop.

Citrus Fizz


  • 30ml Gin
  • Ice
  • 70ml Tonic
  • 15 ml Lime Juice
  • 15ml Lemon Juice
  • 20ml Simple Syrup
  • 1 Egg White

Method:

Using a chilled cocktail shaker, add all ingredients and shake vigorously for 40 seconds.
